Did you see this article in the Wall Street Journal telling us that the number of U.S. households with a net worth of $1 million or more, not including primary residence, jumped 16% to 7.8 million in 2009 from 6.7 million the year before, according to a report released today by Spectrum Group?

That’s some good news, especially for solo architects and small firm owners that focus on luxury residence in their practice. My question is; Do you have your marketing System in place to promote your services to them?
Ok, it’s still not as good as before 2007, but hey, I don’t know about you but I do get more excited about good news than by bad news.
I’m telling you Mr. Architect, it’s up to you to get the projects you want. You can’t do the same things as before and expect the same results…not when you know you are now dealing with a new architectural economy…
Can’t blame anyone, it is your practice…they’re are strategies and tools out there available to you, go and grab those!
To your succes
